Chima Online, also known as Legends of Chima Online, was a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) based on the LEGO Legends of Chima franchise. Developed by Warner Bros. Games Montréal, it was released in 2013 and was LEGO's second online game. Players could build their own Outpost, battle enemies such as the Croc tribe with customized weapons, collect studs, and customize their characters. The game was available on PC and iOS, and the LEGO Universe inspired game was shut off in June 2015.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and The LEGO Group announced the LEGO Legends of Chima videogames in January 2013. The three unique games provided something for all types of LEGO gamers and each game offered a different adventure. The LEGO Legends of Chima universe of products, including construction sets, vehicles, TV content, and more, complemented the games. The game was set in a fantasy adventure land, inhabited by various magical animal tribes, and told a classic story of good and evil, friendship, and family.
The three distinct LEGO videogame experiences for one brand catered to today's diverse gaming community and established a rewards system for players of all three games.
LEGO Legends of Chima: Speedorz
LEGO Legends of Chima: Speedorz, a racing mini-game produced by TT Games and 4T2, was released in January 2013 for PC and iOS. Players raced against famous Chima characters, battled through iconic Chima locations, and unleashed the power of CHI to boost their Speedorz. Players could collect studs and rewards to unlock more Speedorz and customize characters. The goal was to become the ultimate champion and win Golden CHI, which transformed the world map and opened a new race level.
LEGO Legends of Chima: Laval's Journey
Developed by TT Games, LEGO Legends of Chima: Laval's Journey was released in the summer of 2013 for the Nintendo 3DS handheld system and for the PS Vita system. The game was also available for the Nintendo DS handheld system in the fall of 2013. Players embarked on an amazing adventure into the world of Chima, where the brave warrior Laval and his allies were called upon to fight for justice.
LEGO Legends of Chima Online
In the fall of 2013, LEGO Legends of Chima Online, a free-to-play online world, was launched for PC and iOS. It was developed by WB Games Montréal and provided kids with a safe and immersive connected game experience. Players could build and customize their kingdom in the world of Chima, explore massive environments like the Falling Leaves Forest, take on missions to help Laval and his friends, uncover hidden secrets and treasures, earn rewards, and use LEGO bricks to build weapons, gadgets, and more. The Chima Vault, which housed an exclusive reward system, was accessible to players on LEGO.com/chima. While playing LEGO Legends of Chima: Speedorz and LEGO Legends of Chima: Laval's Journey, players could earn points which could be redeemed through the Vault for unique content that enhanced their experience in LEGO Legends of Chima Online.
Chima Online was a popular MMORPG game that allowed players to engage in unique and exciting gameplay experiences. Even though the game is no longer available, its legacy lives on.
